Daniel Mitchell, MSW, LICSW

Therapist

As a therapist working with teens and adults, I take an eclectic and personalized approach to support you through challenges such as anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, self-injury, behavioral concerns, and somatic symptoms related to mental health. Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), 3rd wave CBT modalities, psychodynamic therapy, exposure and response prevention (ERP), solution-focused therapy, existential therapy, parts-work, and trauma-focused interventions, I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. My practice is rooted in curiosity, radical authenticity, reinvention, and collaboration, creating a space where you can explore your experiences, deepen self-understanding, and build practical skills. Together, we’ll work to foster resilience, empower your ability to heal, and move toward meaningful growth and authentic living.
