I believe therapy should be a collaborative, supportive space where you feel heard and to empower you to take charge of your mental health.

My work centers on identifying strengths, setting clear goals, and developing practical tools to manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Whether you're facing anxiety, low self-esteem, or life transitions, I aim to create a supportive, goal-oriented space that fosters resilience, confidence, and forward momentum. I believe in empowering clients to create lasting change by focusing on what’s working and building on that foundation.
